I ordered a pair of shirts from your store on the 30th November 2015.<br> <br> The abovementioned items should have been delivered on the 05th November 2015 between 10am and 1pm. <br> <br> I've sent your online shopping department an e-mail to enquire about the delay and I still haven't received a reply. This morning I called your call centre twice, and I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes by both your consultants. <br> <br> I am absolutely appalled by the treatment I have received from your retailer.
