NO CUSTOMER SKILLS!!!!

This happened yesterday the 16th of March at 13h05. I was enjoying browsing and shopping in woolworths untill I went to pay for my clothes. There was no customers standing in a queue, only two customers paying at the till and I thought since their is no customers in the line I will just stand on the right hand side behind the paying customers to wait my turn once they are finished paying. Then out of nowhere this Rebecca said to me \ the queue is overthere and not here. I was so shocked by the way she said it to me
