No customer service to speak of at Woolworths Cafe Morningside Centre

I have been sitting at a table at Woolworths Cafe Morningside Shopping Centre for over 20 minutes without a single person coming to ask if I am ok or to take my order. I then tried to use the Woolworths App to submit a complaint only to receive an error message. Ridiculous!
