No customer service, no response to simple queries

How long does it take for your customer service people to answer a simple query? On Monday, I asked about contradictory recycling information on one of your products. I've had a couple of emails saying that someone will get back to me with an answer, but I still haven't received an actual answer. Your Facebook team are no help whatsoever. So now a simple product query has turned into a review of your entire Customer Service team, and their inability or unwillingness to respond to customer queries. Your ***-***
