no customer service at all

I called the woolworths head office last week monday askng for a certain shoe size, I was promised that they will escalate my request through to menlyn branch which was not done. On wednesday I went to woolworths in brooklyn and I spoke to a lady by the name of Conny who promised to get back to me yesterday which did not happen. Actually I had to call the several times and was told that the lady be name of Esther will call me which didn't also happen. I called them again today and was told the very same story. I am not happy abt their service. How many times does one have to phone before gettong help. Head office didn't help me also and they are the one who should at least do things right but they do the same thing that their braches do.
