No customer service at all
I am an RN working in the frontline of Covid-19. As a result, we are not wearing our regular uniform. We wear scrubs instead, which we put in a fabric bag before we leave work and wash them daily inside the bag. These scrubs are not warm at all. I have a few old polar neck jerseys from Woolworths which make a big difference, but they are very old and faded. So I decided to buy myself 4 more in either navy or black. I went to Rosebank as it's the closest and could only find one black and I took that and cream (even though that won't do for work. I also managed to get a blue one (not navy) but it will suffice. Today I went to the Sandton store to see if they have my size in black and/or blue and thought if they did, I could return the cream and get an extra black or blue one (I work 6 days a week and have to sterilise my clothes daily, which is why I needed a at least four) I found exactly what I was looking for and wanted to do an exchange of the cream one I was told that customer services is closed and nobody could help me. How is it possible to have a store open without customer services?? I desperately need these polar necks to wear under my uniform and the cream will not match at all. All I wanted was to do a straight exchange of colour. But I was told that nobody could help me. Come on Woolworths, if your store is open, so should your customer services. I left the store unhappy and stuck with a purchase I cannot use. I am literally working to save lives and all I want is to keep warm while doing that. But I feel let down by the lack of service I received. The only reason I gave this review 2 stats instead of one is due to the fact that they maintained social distancing very well and limited the number of customers in the store.
