No customer service

The woolies finance department called me sometime back and asked for my bank details for a credit I requested the lady to email as I didn't believe her. I went to a branch as she mentioned as I haven't heard back from Them I sat in Westgate for an hour waiting for finance ... Then they told me to call back on Monday. tried but no luck I emailed as well but no luck. How do I get this sorted out thank you
