No customer care - misleading name / fault advertising

Such a shocking Easter experience: I bought a Bunny Mug filled with chocolate eggs. While the article is called mug filled with chocolate eggs, this is a misleading name or fault advertising. The cup is not filled with eggs. It contains a big layer of packaging paper and straw with only three eggs on top. I was very embarrassed as I bought three cups for my family. I contacted the customer care and was informed that this is nothing to worry about. I ask for escalation to a manager which never happened and by now my emails are not even getting an answer. I am upset by the article I bought but even more by the not existing customer care.
