No credit limit increase after submitting documentation

<p>I have tried to get a credit limit increase for months now. I received an sms stating I can qualify and I must speak to the cashier at a store. I went to a Woolworths store to request and holded the line for more than 30 minutes. They were supposed to call me back. Nothing happened. I sent e-mails, no reply. I again sent an e-mail on 17-11-2016 with all supporting documentation, no reply. Not even acknowledgement. I sent bankstatements with personal information and that is the service level? Unacceptable. I am considering closing my account. The staff is always unfriendly. (Eldoraigne and Jean crossing store). When you ask them for assistance they walk away without return. sometimes don't even pack the bags.</p> <p>I am very disappointed!</p>
