No Cooperation...No Sympathy & understanding

I called WFS well in advance for a payment plan following a retrenchment & I was not helped as my acc was up to date. My account is now in arrears and I called them to see if I can into a payment plan to avoid issues with the account and now they tell me they cant help me with anything. I suggested I pay only the interest portion as I cannot afford the whole amount and they cannot help me.<br> <br> I took to initiative to avoid nasty issues and to show commitment to my obligations and they couldn't care less. I even asked why then they would encourage us to contact them for payment arrangements should you not be able to make payment. There is absolutely no appreciation and I might as well just shut my mouth and dont make payments and not communicate.<br> <br> They also told me my account will be handed over to a collection agency whose sole mandate is to rehabilitate the account and I can get a payment plan from that agency just not from them. They would pay that agency to collect for them but they are not even willing to meet me halfway when I am the one who approached for a solution before the problem was even created.<br> <br> I am absolutely shocked because I am only trying to be a good custome
