No contact

On 01.10.15 I purchased a pie from the Adderley street branch. I requested for the creamy beef pie but was served a chicken & mushroom pie. I sent an email complaining and this person promised to have someone contact me. To date have not been contacted.<br> <br> Also received a letter that my limit will be increased. Sent an email it must NOT be increased & requested confirmation via email. To date haven't received any confirmation.
