NO CONCERN FOR CUSTOMERS

I app**** for a woolworths card in March & was issued a temp card valid for 30days. It is almost 4months later & I am still using the temp card. It is an annoying inconvenience having to provide my ID & then wait for a supervisor to approve my purchase EVERY SINGLE TIME I SHOP!!! I met with an accident 2weeks ago & have no car. I tried to do online shopping but I DO NOT HAVE A PROPER CARD TO DO SO!!!!!! I called & emailed & called & emailed but nobody at Woolworths cares! Keep your d@mn card!!!
