No concept of time. Will take your money and then lie about delivering your order

I reserved the 10:00 - 13:00 time slot for a Woolworths delivery. After not receiving my order, I called their head office only to be told that the order is marked as delivered!!!

The call centre agent called Parkview only to be told it’s a new driver and they don’t have his contact number.

I have told the agent to refund me for this debacle.

HE THEN ARRIVED AT 15:31!!!!! Delivery slot was between 10:00 and 13:00, so he was between FIVE AND A HALF to THREE AND A HALF hours LATE!!!!! As you are all aware, they are not refrigerated vans and after driving around in 30 degree heat from conservatively 9:30 in the morning, they wanted me to accept the order or predominantly herbs and salad ingredients?!!!!
