No complaints about customer service as there is no service to complain about

They did not respond to hellopeter and I sent an email to them again. They sent me a credit statement AGAIN! I don't think they have the mental capacity to understand the difference between a detailed BALANCE or how much credit I have. I do not want to buy anything, I just want to know the balance so that I can close my account
