No compassion for staff

I am really shocked that a store like Woolworths expect their staff at the tills in the food department to stand the whole day. They do not have any chairs and although they have asked for chairs, they still have to stand. Even other customers complained about this but nothing changes. Staff at other stores have chairs where they can sit if there are no clients, but at Woolworths there is no compassion for their staff. The managers sit very comfortable in their offices, but staff are on their feet the whole shift. This is at Woolworths Circle centre Somerset West.
