No compassion for disabled people

I am a disabled 38 year old male and a member of the NGO called Headway Tshwane. My driver took me to your store to enquire if I could perhaps shop in the waste area. Inconsiderately the Store Manager went on to explain about the rules told me regarding shopping in the waste area. I told him that I was fully aware of the rules and I asked him if he can make exception to the rule. I also receive a meek allowance of R5800 per month from my husband. I don't even get a Government Disability Grant. All I requested was to maybe shop in the waste area. I felt humiliated in front of the Female security as we were at the front door of the store. He did'nt even take this matter up privately into any office.
