NO COMMUNICATION AFTER UNPROFESSIONALISM/ POOR AND RUDE SERVICE.
I am very sadden by the level of UNPROFESSIONALISM that I encountered at Woolworths Jabulani Mall. Saturday 17th October my mom and I came to pay her account and had an enquiry about the balance, she had told me that it seems the balance it's not reducing so I suggested that we pass through to customer service and enquire. Boy did we not know that CEO Tumelo Mokaila was gonna treat us like we begging for service. Such a disgusting and 2cent Arrogant attitude!!!!!!!!!
Tumelo Mokaila told us that he cannot check what the card is enrolled in and we therefore needed to call (which we understood and was not a problem)and I told him ok, will you please put us to customer service, which he did. While my mother was busy talking on the phone I asked him, if we can get a statement that shows what we being charged for? He told me that's not imaginable as TFG does the same!!!! I was astonished to hear such and I asked him does Edgar's do the same? He's response was full of boastful stinking attitude and he literally told me that "HE WORKS IN RETAIL" Using his left hand 4th finger to respond. Body language was beneath average.
I'm still wondering if Woolworths Holding Limited teaches it's staff to tarnish Other Brands? When he mentioned TFG and I lead him on with Edgar's to see how smart he was, all I was trying to see was that, given another brand to tarnish would he take it??? He sure did without hesitation. This is bad guys, this guy (Tumelo) will put Woolworths in trouble one day, but let me leave it there.
I have NEVER HAD SUCH UNPROFESSIONALISM AND POOR SERVICE especially from Woolies. I asked another employee for branch manager or supervisor on duty. I was passed on to Ms Pasi Magwaza. I picked up that Ms Magwaza is soft spoken and highly polite and isn't a hardcore manager as Tumelo Mokaila even disrespected her in front of a customer(Insubordination). I was shocked and still am.
When Ms Magwaza approached Tumelo to have my says verified there was no denying from his side and no remorse whatsoever. When asked to apologize as I was about to write my Hellopeter, he just merely said: I'm sorry if I did wrong. Picking up that he still has attitude and isn't apologetic I asked him are you done? Is that an apology? He rudely turned his body slightly and eye catched Ms Ms Magwaza in the eyes and in front of myself and my mom and asked Ms Magwaza What other apology do you require/ want? Or rather what kind of apology? I then started typing my Hellopeter. I'm torn by his reaction towards poor Pasi, shame man, he's got stinking attitude for days. How dare he speaks to his senior like that in front of a customer? Insubordination seems tolerated at Woolworths Jabulani Mall, I wonder why???
I then spoke to my mom about closing off the account, as we cannot tolerate such. While Ms Magwaza was busy resolving this, he (Tumelo and his colleague, Nkosinathi/ Nathi) were having a mini discussion right in front of me about this whole situation that ****ED me off even MORE!!! The level of Disrespect it's DISAPPOINTING!!!!@#WoolworthsJabulani.
Maponya and Jabulani are rural stores but when I shop @Maponya (we not talking, EastRand/ North, just local) one would have a better class of customer service. I'm really concerned about future quires with such UNPROFESSIONALISM/ INSUBORDINATION/ARROGANCY/ 2Cents ATTITUDE/ LACK OF RESPECT/ COMFORT ZONE.
7 DAYS LATER NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER FROM HEAD OFFICE/ STORE MANGER - NONE. I ONLY RECEIVED 1 CALL ON TUESDAY FROM PASI TO SAY YES WE RECEIVED YOUR COMPLAIN. I'M STARTING TO THINK THAT WOOLWORTHS JABULANI CONDONES SUCH. I'M HIGH DISAPPOINTED THAT AFTER I WAS ASKED NOT TO EXPOSE SUCH ON HELLOPETER, THINKING THAT THEY WOULD BE OPENLY COMMUNICATING WITH ME, NO WONDER THEIR STAFF BEHAVES THIS WAY, LACK OF FIRMNESS.
