No commitment

after numerous calls and emails to the financial services, my query was escalated to the complaints departmemt. (This circus ran by WW where the customers are entertainment, started 1st week of Feb). I received a letter addressed to a home, I am not residing at, nor have Ibefore.Never have i subscribed to post mail! i have never even given them the address, nor have i ever requested an update on my personal details. WW was so kind enough to change it for me, without consent, numerous calls confirmed the incorrect details, had to request the correct address be set right more than 2 times.My question/query was WHO, WHAT, WHEN, HOW? after many failed promises regarding time scales, the matter was escalated to the office of the CEO. Dealt with Mary Burger, after month+of chasing any feedback,she emails me to say the investigation has been concluded and the findings are that I'm subscribed to email statements, not post, and best of all, they never sent me anything via post!! what what a laugh!! since I ha be the letter in my possession!!
