NO CLOSURE

I paid my store card in full on the 15th August, when i called the 16th they told me there was still charges that i had to pay. I then paid R125 for those charges. They advise that they cannot close my account now as i over paid.

I have called several times.

Please just close my darn account. I am tired of calling and emailing.
