No client service

I'm on debt review and paid for plus minus 4 years my account. Did not receive any account information during this time. Last year I ask a Woolworth's branch what my balance is. <br> They printed out a slip and Woolworth's owed me R 2800 <br> After I phoned there people they send me a mail that my account has been paid up, I also asked them about the money they owe me and they said they will get back to me.<br> Still waiting till this day for them to get back to me after a lot of mails that I send. This year I received a call telling me that I owe them R 6500, again I send them the document that say I have paid up the account<br> They still did not get back to me.<br> Please can somebody help me because this is now going on for some time and I'm getting fed up
