NO CARD! BUT DEDUCTING FEES!

Today is the second time I went to Woolworths Montana to collect my credit card and wasted another hour and R100's petrol! First time I had my original barcoded Identity Document in my ****en surname with my original marital certificate and proof of address. The Call Centre said it's the Store Manager's "call" whether or not they will accept all my original documents. They refused and demand a new Identity Document in my marital surname. Wasted an hour and R100 petrol. Gone through the trouble, got my new identity document and today went back again, armed with original letter received through the post from Edgars Insurance (Hollard), with policy number above bar code, my old identity document, marital certificate and my new Identity Document and they once again refused flat out to give my card! I threw one hell of a fit, as this is the second time they have wasted an hour of my time and my petrol and AGAIN refusing to give my card. But Woolworths made pretty sure that the fees are deducted off my account, for a CARD I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED! Telephone calls to call centre and no Manager to assist I have left the store, still without my card. According to FICA, the letter I have provided as proof of address (original) is sufficient, but to be difficult, Woolworths refused to accept. The Call Centre agent said that I can e-mail a statement confirming the address????? But they refuse to accept an original posted letter. I refuse to waste another hour and petrol to go back to the store and now demand that my card be delivered to me at my work address on your (Woolworths) costs, as you and your staff have failed me two times already or I will go to the Ombudsman and the National Consumer Regulator with my complaint! I strongly advise that your call centre agents and staff who hand out the Credit Cards be educated on the FICA Act correctly. A simple apology will not suffice!
