no card 1 year later

<p>I was hijacked last November 2015 and my handbag and wallet taken.</p> <p>I went to Woolworths pavillon durban to apply for replacement card and still waiting. </p> <p>That is customer service. I guess they don't want the business but there are other stores that value my business eg Edgars, milady's and truworths etc</p> <p> </p>
