Bad service

I put an order on the 5th October sent back the order because of packaging, called back for refund First person i spoke to said they will send a refund after a week i see no communication called second person they said they will get back to me still no respond called again after a week 3rd person was able to resolve with the same call but no refund came in after a week ii go to the store to get there is no refund had to ask him to do it while i was there waited to 30min to be refunded, his excuses was he tried to call me and i said i was busy therefore he didnt call back, i only got my refund after a month and days, i went again to call in and complain about business etiquette last week friday i was told they will let the manager know and call back its a week i am still waiting
