No Almond for two weeks and counting

Woolworths is one of the biggest retail stores in SA, how can a store not have Almond milk for two weeks? I asked to speak to the Manager (Sylvia) who was at a loss of words and just said that it’s not coming. When we asked by don’t they follow up there was just no response from her. How can Woolworths not have stock!? The Manager (Aleaxander) then came out to find out what is wrong. Why after we complain is Management taking initiative to find out what is going on?
