New Rewards System - difficulties

The change-over to the new Rewards system is a huge issue. I lost my Woolworths Rewards card, tried to get a new one about two weeks ago. They referred me to the app on multiple occasions, I contacted the number in the error message when I want to register. The lady said it will take a few days, I confirmed all my details. It is still not working.
