New Application Nightmare

Could you please cancel this application, as well as the card, you phoned me and offered me the card.

You said that you would collect my banking statement from my bank to confirm my income, today is the 3rd or 4th day in which you send me the same email asking me to send you my income documentation, then why say you would get it. If you told me initially to send it I would have send it easy.

The fact that I can’t collect a card at the store of my choosing as well, is just not going to work for me, I also with the entire process, that is suppose to be easy and simple found it very chaotic. I rather skip Woolworths as you do not bring any value to me.

Please confirm canceling of the application and deleting all my information from you system.
