New APP does not work!!!

After weeks of trying still unable to use loyalty APP. I have called call centre 4 times, emailed etc etc. utter waste of time!!!! I have changed my email address and home address 4 times but each time I called these addresses were not changed. Is there any who manages call centre staff to make sure they are doing their jobs properly ???
