Never use Woolworths Online!!

I wish I could give zero stars.

I placed an online order 5 days prior to my chosen delivery date. The order was delivered incompletely. I had 4 people at online shopping speak to me over the phone promising to assist me. No luck!! Now I am still without all the products I ordered, and also not refunded for what they didn’t deliver. Woolworths’ customer care is pathetic! I will never get my hopes up with Woolworths again. It’s service like this that makes more people rather use Checkers for delivery. They are far more reliable and helpful.
