Never order from Woolies dash!!

I ordered a few items on the 26th of May 2024. The order never arrived and I told on the same day to ask for a refund as they couldn’t deliver the items again. The customer service advisors keep saying that the refund is been processed it will take 3-5 working days ,for the past four weeks it’s the same story of “we are sorry, it was not processed but we are doing it now” I called every week I sent emails and nothing is being done Lesson learned never order from Woolies dash
