Never buy clothes online

Bought light blue jeans online, they didn’t fit. Went to woolies east rand mall to return the jeans. I was told that the sticker on the jeans does not correspond to the woolies label on the jeans and a refund cannot be actioned mind you i never removed any tag on there. I called the customer services and they were useless, apparently the invoice i have and the dispatch note are useless as the order has been closed, I returned the item 2 days after I received it, and i was told there Is no way to trace the invoice to the warehouse and follow up with them if they messed up the order as again, the order has been closed, so now i have to pay the price for woolies’s incompetence.
