NEVER AGAIN! POOOOOOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!

I placed a order for a 15 stem specialty roses along with nougat to be delivered to my mother on her birthday last night. I remember choosing no substitutions as I wanted to make sure my mother gets a nice bunch of roses seeing as I live to far.

My mother got the incorrect bunch of roses and now Woolworths wants to make me believe that I said substitutions allowed and that the picker had the right to make a decision. This is UNACCEPTABLE to me. Now my mother received a below average bunch of flowers making me look like a idiot!!!
