NEVER AGAIN!

I have never ever experienced such a poor online store in this day and age and for such a big business this is extremely poor! There is never/ very limited products compared to in store.

Besides the point I order something that was available to purchase and paid. I then get an email a few days after to say the item is no longer available. There is no offer of a refund or anything of that nature just and email to say there is no availability.
