Negligent Dash driver damaged vehicle

A disappointment I expected. It is sad when I know I won't get an answer. One of your woolies dash drivers caused an accident and hit my car which has resulted in ME having to pay my excess to get it fixed. Unfortunately your foreign driver is not traceable as my insurance Company has not managed to get his details from you. How do you employee people and then make it impossible for insurance companies to get the information? I'm sure you will respond to this just once like my initial email and then disappear and dash just like your driver. If I thought it was expensive buiying at woolies, it seems your employees causing accidents is just as expensive for my poor pocket
