NEGLIGENT AND SUSPECTED *****!!!!

Good day<br> <br> On the 29th of May I received an sms saying that I am owing an amount at Woolworths, there was also a number where I could call. I called the number as I know for a fact that I pay Woolworths every month. I was told by daly that my acc was handed over to them which I could not understand why, the lady I spoke to at Daly was Ashly/n, she then sent me an sms saying that I must pay immediately, since I wanted to avoid being sent on ITC I then went to absa and paid R500 as instructed an I used the ref number they gave me.<br> <br> Now Woolworths has been sms(ing) me saying that my instalment hasn't been received for month of May. I then went to Woolies to find, using the Ref no that I got from daly they checked and saw that it is not me but my Cousins account(***). I then called Daly again an spoke to Luvo who told me that my name which is XQ Masiza is there, my number, email addres is mine but the account number is my cousins.<br> <br> I have emailed @payments & queries @Woolies but no one has come back to me, please tranfer my money from her account to mine and remove my number and name from her profile ASAP!! i pray that this does not affect my credit profile on ITC.
