Negligence of Woolworths SA

On 23/12/21 i slipped on spilled milk whilst staff was unpacking milk. Woolworths put emphasis on it that they only cover the first bill.Since then I've been trying to settle this with Woolworths. Today im living off a disability grant, had my first surgery in June. When i approached Woolworths head office. I was asked to forward a quotation of the MRI and the same day again Mrs Gafsa Schroeder took my disability papers and my doctor's report. Today im struggling to walk and have to undergo emergency surgery. Im in pain 24/7 and can't afford my medication. I lost almost everything. The professor of GSH have given me a letter to give to Woolworths but yet they bluntly ignore me. ???
