Negligence causing injury and failed service

I have submitted 3 complaints to Woolworths on this to try and get a response but they do not respond to their own channels to let's try here instead.

On going to ****arney mall Woolworths in Johannesburg for breakfast on Saturday morning (16th Feb) my child walked into a barrier and got a serious cut just above his eye. The barrier is a serious hazard, the edges are sharp and there is nothing below the railing to warn a small child of its existence. It cost me almost R 800 in a doctors bill, prescription and a terrible breakfast that I still had to pay for. My child was traumatised, lost a lot of blood in the process but luckily no stitches were deemed necessary at the time but we'll have to wait and see if he heals fully or if he has a scar.

I would like to know how Wooolies are going to compensate me for the R 800 I spent on a cold breakfast and medical expenses for their negligence. I'd also like to know when and how they are going to fix the barriers around their breakfast areas so more children are not injured. if my child had been 2cm taller the barrier would have hit him square on the eye.

And lastly, why do you have an online contact form and a customer service email address if you do not respond to either?

Interesting that Hello Peter blanks out the mall name just because it starts with KI and then the next 2letters are LL. It is an actual mall name in Johannesburg close to Houghton which would probably have been useful within the post.
