NEGLIGENCE AT WOOLWORTHS/COLUMBINE SQUARE SHOPPING CENTER

yesterday 2022/02/21 I went to woolworths ( COLUMBINE SQUARE SHOPPING CENTRE ) winchester hills/suideroord to go shop[ping for food with my mother my phone was pick pocketed (******) inside store around 17:15 the incident was caught on camera what upsets me is the car guards alerted security at woolworths of the syndicate of 5 members before incident took place of suspicious members instead the security of woolworths said its close to their knock off time and there is nothing they can do so they watched they let them walk out with my phone and drive off after telling management they took over 1 hour to get me the footage showing incident and bravely said this is not the first time last week car keys of a customer were ****** as well as a phone belonging to employee they don't even warn you as a customer all they say in the end is you will have to see yourself I'm deeply disappointed as I trusted both Woolworths and the shopping center . I would not recommend anyone to shop there , THEY ARE NEGLIGENT NOT EVEN WARNING CUSTOMERS AFTER FEW INCIDENT NOW I HAVE LOST MY PHONE AND INFORMATION
