Need woolworths to update my credit record

I had an acc with woolworths. It was in arrears. I paid them up and got the paid up letter. I needed them to update my credit record but call centre gives me a non exosting number and when they put me through directly. It rings with no answer. A customer serv lady gave me an email address to send the paid up letter but there is no feedback from them
