After the system upgrade where my profile was suddenly not functioning as it should I spent three weeks trying to resolve the issue with no progress whatsoever,a consultant even gave me a **** reference number promised to call me back, still no resolution and needless to say no call back as promised. Finally Nancy Zitha was unfortunate to call me and I got annoyed as she was taking me through the steps that I had attempted numerous times..clearly no one bothered with making notes on my profile. She was polite and attentive to me either way a d really went out of her way to get the profile to function again, I'm sure she even worked late yesterday. Thank you Nancy my faith in woolies was restored by you.
