My worst long weekend because of Woolworths

Woolworths just decided to block my credit card on the eve of a long weekend without telling me. I planned a trip with my wife and had to cancel at the last minutes because we planned to use the funds in the card. I only realized that my card is blocked when I wanted to make a purchase and it declined. Five days later my card is still blocked. When I contacted them they said it is FICA. I submitted FICA documents 3 times in the last 2 months. Their call center agents are just as useless as everybody else in there.
