My Rewards Card Activation

I shop alot at Woolies and always get asked if I have a my Rewards card so i decided to take an application home and fill it in. I did just that and sent mine into Woolworths Cascades. They did explain that it would not be activated until we receive an sms. Two days later and nothing. I call Cascades they kept me on the line two times and kept transferring me for over ten minutes. I am not impressed with being transferred also with the time it takes to activate a card.
