My package was not delivered to me
I ordered over R1000 for a purchase of clothing. According to Woolworths it was delivered last Wednesday. I still do not have the package. There was a glitch in the system and my address was scrambled, there is not such address in RSA. Since then I have been trying to get somebody to help me but everything is always reverted with a 48 hour turn around time to the Warehouse. I am prepared to meet the courier to see where the package was delivered as I did not sign for the package. I also want to see proof of who signed for the package. I spoke to the Support Department again today, 16 December, and I am still no closer to taking possession of my package.

17 Dec 2025, 08:5717 December, I once again phoned Woolworths and still no resolution. Everything keeps going back to the Warehouse. Nobody wants to assist me, nobody wants to give me a name of a person that is mandated to assist me. What more can I do. I will never buy from Woolworths online again. What an unhappy experience and now it looks as if I will loose my money as well.
