My online order came damaged ad still not picked up

<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>I was anticipating that this would be sorted by now and to-date I am still waiting for someone to collect the damaged goods!</p> <p> </p> <p>Part of my order was damaged on delivery. As if this wasn’t bad enough, I have been trying to get this collected since the previous week. On two occasions I was promised that someone will pick up the package but no one seems to come. Firstly you said someone will come on 9th of Dec, then yesterday?</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very disappointed in how this was handled.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
