My online order

I'm so disappointed with Woolworths online 😞,I have purchased some items on the 25th of November 2021 and others on the 27th of November. I got the 1st order on the 20th and I was told the other order I will get between the 9-15th November. I still fail to understand why because these orders are only a day apart why is the other one taking 10days and the other only took 2days for the same person. I called and sent emails asking if they can deliver the second order before the 8th November as I will be traveling on the 9th and only coming back next year ,but that fell into deaf ears because all I'm told is they having high volume of orders. I even offered to send them my itinerary to prove that I am traveling or to collect from their warehouse but I'm not winning. I am so disappointed with Woolworths.......
