My name was put on debt review without my consent

My name was put on debt review without my consent, I have lodged this complaint last year already and was advised from Chantell R...... from consumer friend that the error was rectified. To my surprise this was not done since November last year. And now my Absa Credit card is also linked to the Woolworths card which has now taken all my available credit away. I have sent emails to Woolworths with no response.
