My first worst purchase

I bought a brown Tassel Crossbody hand bag (Product code: ***) in April and I noticed the bag has already started tearing by the stitches close to the adjustable straps and it's only been 3 months but technically 2 months because I hardly go anywhere as I am WFH.

I have never had a problem with any of your items before and I am quite disappointed buy this purchase, as it is such a lovely bag, a friend actually asked me to gift them with the same but and I had to tell to not use the adjustable straps as much because the bag might tear.
