My employee of the month "We aam"

on the 3rd February went to Promenade Mall to buy a cellphone. i was going to buy it either from Edgars or Woolworths using a store card. At Edgars could not be helped, then I went to Woolies. At the cellphone section i met We aam, I must say she made my day, she got a beautiful welcoming smile, good sense of humour. and good customer service s****s.

She gave me 2 options: to buy it with cash or go to customer service to get a temporary card since i didn't have my store card with me. I bought the phone with her assistance using a temporary card.

Two reasons for me to write this review: Thank you woolies for investing in good quality employees who are passionate about their work and willing to go an extra mile for customers. Also to thank We aam for living, breathing all seven values of the company and for being a great ambassador for Woollies.

For this February month i hope she gets a reward to be an employee of the month or get a promotion or anything that will motivate her to do more for the company.
