my credit scoring taking impact!!

I've received a welcoming from woolies,however prior to that i was interested in an account as its a wide range of good sold,never the less,some agent app**** for two options at once which was invalid as it was told to me,i tried to re-open my previous account i then got DECLINED!!as I've had it just two months prior to this happening.it say under transunion i have an acc over due and my kudu report shows woolworths!i never got a darn card!it droped my scoring and says i owe 5000 overdue when i cleared all dett!!i was at home and i had texts sent to my number saying i got declined for woolies as i haven't even been near a store,i called customer services and *****s numerous occasions with no darn action taken!a week before my daughters birthday all goes wrong because of f#@CKIN things and you people dropping my scoring when clearly im a good payer,ive had enough of you people for two months!!who's going to fix this now!?i want it off my name,my daughters birthday spoilt because of you people.i couldnt even suprise her with some shopping spree done im just so furious with this pathetic results in't nausiating!!!now im stuck and no car finance for me for another dam YEAR!!
