Mushi Feekah - you need to know Woolworths, the Difference!

I called Woolworths Piazza St. John - asked to be put through to the ladies footwear department.

A lady by the name of Mushi Feekah came to the telephone, I've requested a shoe - she kept me on hold for 18 minutes to be exact.... came back and said, "we don't have" When I asked which store has - she said "call around and ask" At first I thought this was a joke.... I asked her if this was indeed a joke - to which she sighed and said "I told you, we don't have and I am not actually suppose to be working in this department"

She ACTUALLY PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME!!!! When I called back, she refused to take the call and eventually after holding on for 11 minutes, she said "I put the phone down as you thought i was stupid!"

Really?
