Mud in my food

I purchased a chicken caesar wrap from a woolworths in the engen garage at the Route 21 corporate park engen. Whilst having a 1st bite into the wrap I discovered that there was a piece of mud in my lettuce. I never thought I would find such particles in a woolworths product. I was of the opinion that woolworths products were of high standards.
